Meet Sister Aloysius!

Hello! I am Sister Aloysius, and I have just arrived in a little town called Mercyville. The town of Mercyville, I understand, was named in honor of the Divine Mercy of Jesus which overflows from His Sacred Heart. I was very excited to find out that my first teaching assignment was to be in this wonderful little town devoted to the Divine Mercy of our Lord.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I grew up in a Catholic family who taught me to love God. I have a special love for the Catholic Church which Jesus left us and also for His Mother Mary whom He gave to us to be our very own mother too. Jesus and Mary have been my very good friends all of my life, and I credit them with my vocation to the religious life. This vocation has made me very happy.

Our Lady of Sorrows is my first teaching assignment, and I am looking forward to meeting many young children and telling them all about Jesus, His Church, and even His many friends who have been such good examples and helpers to us throughout the years. I hope that together we will learn to love God more and more.
